• The college building plot is owned by Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association measuring area of 0.89 Acre. The building has been constructed as per the approved plan Ground + Three Floors. Each floor has various rooms/halls.

• Principal’s office, Asst. Principal’s cabin, college administrative office, MCCE Office, Gymkhana, Ladies common room, Cultural forum room, computrain, auditorium, canteen are situated on the ground floor of the college. College also has quadrangular ground for gymkhana activities and for annual festival all teachers’ members are student electrometer room.

• There is a Sphurti kutta near of canteen for students.  

• Classrooms are situated on first, second and third floors.

• Library, Departmental rooms of Accountancy, NSS, English and MCCE are situated on the first floor.

• Staff room (Degree), Vice Principal (Junior College) office are on the second floor.

• Self – financing administrative office, Self Financing Courses staff room, Self Financing Courses Administrator and Course coordinators cabins, 03 computer labs and departmental room of Maths, Stats, B.Sc – computer science are situated on the third floor.
• All the floors have toilet blocks. Clean and filtered drinking water facility is available on all the floors. i.e. with water purifiers attached to the water coolers.
• College has water storage bore well facilities on the ground and 8 overhead water tanks on the terrace for supply of water in the premises.
• There is a lift for staff members; Electric generator is available in case of electricity failures
